These laws are complex, ever-changing, and vary from state-to-state. We believe them to be unconstitutional interference with free speech, but the Supreme Court has yet to weigh in. Meanwhile, failure to comply with every single state's unique requirement puts the webmasters at risk of hefty fines for non-compliance.
